JOB VACANCY :

PT MEXIS is services in commercial explosives for oil & gas, coal and minerals mining and quarry covering total supply chain for small to mind-sized coal and quarry mines. Requires a candidate for the position :

  1. (Junior) Business Development
  2. Corporate Secretary
  3. Finance Officer

Requirement :

(Junior) Business Development

Responsibility : Tasks and processes concerning the analytical preparation of potential growth opportunities, and the support and monitoring of the implementation of growth opportunities, but does not include decisions on strategy and implementation of growth opportunities company. Collate [existing] and obtain [new] data, analysys, identify opportunities, pipeline generation, reporting and monitor the implementation of various opportunities. Direct reporting to CEO and ultimately to the BOD.

 

Qualification :

  • Male, age min 23 s.d 28 years old (Single preferred)
  • Bachelor Degree in any major
  • Having experience in Business/ Product Development minimum 1 s.d 2 years experience in Mining or supplier company
  • English : Oral and written
  • Excellent communication, Research and strategy, Business intelligence, Project management and interpersonal skill
  • Hard worker, have strong analitycal and experienced to devise marketing business plan.

Corporate Secretary

Responsibility : Reporting to BOD. Ensures all rules and by-laws of the organization are adhered to by the board during meetings and the implementation of board decisions. The secretary is also in charge of all of the records and documentation for the organization. Takes on administrative tasks in addition to attending and recording board meetings. Ensuring the integrity of the governance framework.

Qualification :

  • Female, age min 24 s.d 28 years old (Modern Hijab)
    • Graduate from a reputable university (Secretary major preferred)
    • English : Oral and written
    • Having experience at least 2 years in Secretary
    • Having Excellent communication, Multitasking skill, Organizational knowledge, Planning and Eye for detail;

Finance Officer

Responsibility : To ensure all financial processed are functioning effectively and efficiently, monitor financial result to detect risk and address them. S/he will instruction all transaction financial and filling the evidence. Reconciliation bank, ensure payment to supplier on time and handle to account receivable of company.

 

Qualification :

  • Male or Female, age max 35th
  • Bachelor Degree majoring in Accounting or Finance from reputable university
  • Fresh Graduate, or having experience at least 1 years in same position
  • Having knowledge on a corporate tax
  • Computer literate, especially in MS Office
  • Strong in number and analytical thinking
  • Excellent administration and interpersonal skill
  • English : Oral and written
